The color red has many important places in the world. Without the color red, where would we be? Many skeptics will dismiss the importance of red, simply saying it's just "another color".

Well, I disagree. The color red is a very important color. It's a color I can often see on peoples' faces when I make them mad, or when they're in love. It's in the night when the sun sets, and it's even in your television set. Imagine a TV without red---you can't because red is one of the necessary components for the TV to work!

In fact, without red, we wouldn't have a flag. We wouldn't have the Badgers. We wouldn't even have purple! Remember; red mixes with blue to make purple.

As a matter of fact, it's downright unpatriotic to have a country that doesn't have a national holiday! National Red Day is what we'd call it. Streamers of red, red costumes, and for the candy, red hots.

Cuz, let's face it....a world without red is a world not worth living in!
